Assistant Venue Manager - Moon Dog Frankston Moon Dog Brewing isexcited to be heading into a busy summer season at our spectacular venue on sunny Frankston's foreshore Moon Dog Beach Club is an 800pax, jungle-beach-party inspired wonderland aiming to provide the very best in food, beverages and entertainment to the good people of the South East We are looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to help lead the team Has 2+ years’ experience assistant venue managing a large team of 40 plus FOH staff; or venue management of a mid-sized team. Experience in running rosters, labour management, on shift ops, ordering, recruitment and reporting of a large, multi-bar venue of 400pax plus. Takes great pride in their superb customer service and delicious beverages. Very strong organisational and interpersonal skills Has full availability weekends, nights, and public holidays. Excited to work with our events & marketing team in bringing fun, successful in-venue events to life. Has experience in successfully training and upskilling staff. RSA certification. Permanent working rights with no restrictions No problem getting their steps in across a large venue. Experience managing a large team of security guards.
