Due to continued growth, we are seeking anexperienced Project Manager to join the Toowoomba/Darling Downs Region on apermanent basis . You will be responsible for managing commercial construction, including multi-level construction, from inception to completion. To be successful, you will understand that each project is unique and you will be committed to putting client relationships first and delivering quality outcomes that suit their operations. Key capabilities and requirements include: Experience in construction project management, and specifically multi-level construction Experience in specialising in the delivery of commercial projects up to $40m Capability to manage the entire design process, including developing performance briefs, room data sheets and concept design through to construction documents Experience in managing the project cost plan, to detailed estimates, through to project trade budgets A proven track record for completing quality projects on time and to budget, while maintaining a positive, safe and productive attitude Exceptional skills in subcontractor management, accompanied by a strong knowledge of commercial contracts and BCIPA Advanced level knowledge of computerised job costing or project management software such as Jobpac Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite A high degree of commercial acumen and customer focus Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a highly developed ability to build and develop positive business relationships.
