Trade Institute of Victoria – Williamstown VIC Trade Institute of Victoria, Full Time Position This role is phone based and will be working from Williamstown North office. Key Tasks include: Inbound/Outbound Calls & Web Enquiries: Strong communication skills are a must. Sales & KPIs: You need a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets. Lead Management & Conversion: Ability to strategize and follow up effectively. Student Enrolment & Eligibility Checks: Understanding and checking enrolment process and documents with funding eligibility. CRM & Software Use: Experience with Salesforce, VETenrol, or similar systems is a plus (training provided). Products: Training will be provided on our products. We Are Looking for Someone Who Is: Energetic, self-motivated, target-driven, team player and love to assist people fulfilling their dreams and goals. Comfortable in a sales/call centre environment. Able to build rapport quickly with students from diverse backgrounds, along with working with internal departments. A clear communicator (phone, email, and face‑to‑face, Zoom) with a positive attitude. Possibly has RTO/VET experience – but this is not essential. Previous experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Excel, Powerpoint). Bilingual Skills: Speaking another language is a strong advantage, especially for communicating with a diverse student base.
