Base pay range A$120,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Talenza Locations: Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, or Perth Environment: Hybrid - x3 days in office Salary: Up to 130,000 + Superannuation + Bonus Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking an Oracle EPM Cloud Manager with deep expertise in Oracle EPM modules, with a particular focus on the Finance module. This is a hands‑on leadership role, responsible for end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle EPM solutions for clients across multiple industries. As an Oracle Cloud EPM Manager, you will combine strategic vision with practical execution, leading projects from initial design through to deployment, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from their Oracle EPM investments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM modules, with emphasis on Finance. Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective EPM solutions. Provide expert guidance on best practices, process optimisation, and system configuration. Manage project teams, including consultants and developers, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Oracle EPM innovations and industry trends. Skills & Experience: Proven end‑to‑end implementation experience with Oracle Cloud EPM modules, particularly Financial Planning and Consolidation. Strong understanding of EPM module integration, reporting, and automation. Experience leading teams and managing client engagements in a consultancy environment. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Oracle certification(s) in EPM is highly desirable.
