Commercial Legal Counsel - Melbourne & Sydney Melbourne, Victoria, Australia We are seeking exceptional legal minds to thrive at the crossroads of innovation and high-stakes legal work. Responsibilities Working with and advising corporate clients directly on commercial matters, providing entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice related to the client\'s commercial contracts. Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across teams. Minimum Qualifications 6+ years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to SOWs, NDAs, and MSAs, vendor, procurement, supply chain, service, and customer/sales agreements. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting. Issue spotting and contract planning. Experience creating contract templates and/or experience managing contract databases is a plus. Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia. Why Join Axiom?
