About the Role In home care assisting and enabling participants with daily tasks inc. meal preparation, personal care and administering medication. Assisting with domestic duties around the home. Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community. Support and enable participants to achieve their goals. About You Minimum 1 plus years of experience in the disability sector. Experience across a range of disabilities, including challenging behaviors, Mental Health, and Dementia. Minimum Certificate III Disability or similar/higher. Good communication skills. Empathy for the issues facing people with a disability. Strong belief in the principles of Person Centred Practices. Highly organised and proactive. NSW Driver’s License (or similar) plus own car is desirable.
