The ISLHD Project Officer, Patient Reported Measures will support the development and implementation of the NSW Patient Reported Measures program to improve the patient, staff and consumer experience across ISLHD. The ISLHD Project Officer, Patient Reported Measures will collaborate with the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation and various key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the IT PRM solution, and the integration of PRMs across the health setting on an ongoing basis. The ISLHD Project Officer will work collaboratively with LHD/SHN Stakeholders, Consumers, Clinicians, Primary Health Networks and Primary Health Care staff, by way of full project management activities including project planning, stakeholder negotiation and milestone reporting.
