Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on commercial property transactions, leasing, and regulatory matters. Conduct commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including mediation where possible. Support business growth transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and deal structuring. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents (e.g., contracts, leases, development agreements, wills, trust documents). Qualifications & Experience Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from a recognised institution. Admission / Registration: Must be admitted or eligible for admission as a solicitor in Queensland (or other relevant Australian jurisdiction). Experience: Minimum one year of prior experience in property law, commercial law, conveyancing, or litigation is highly desirable. Skills: Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and research skills; excellent communication; client management; ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Accredited Specialist (optional): Solicitors who are or working toward being accredited specialists in property law or commercial law will be highly regarded.
