Role Purpose We are looking for a diligent and team‑centric Kitchen Steward who can work across mornings and evenings to keep our kitchen sparkly and clean Responsibilities Efficient cleaning of kitchen premises and equipment to meet the highest standards. Creation and maintenance of a cleaning schedule for the kitchen. Familiarity with maintaining food hygiene standards. Ensure that all access and traffic areas are and sparkling clean. Respect processes and procedures. Work with ambitious chefs to support kitchen operations. Assist with deliveries and stock management. Communicate openly with all hotel departments.
