Education/Inclusion Support Manager | KU Children's Services KU Children's Services (KU) is a leading NFP provider of nearly 110 early childhood education and care services across VIC, NSW and the ACT. Your role We are looking for a Victorian based leader to join our passionate and experienced team. The successful candidate will have qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, as well as Post Graduate Qualifications in Special Education. Facilitate the effective inclusion of all children in high quality educational programs in KU services Manage the education support needs of KU services Ensure equitable outcomes for children Assist educators to support children’s development Oversee applications for eligible support funding and its implementation This is a unique and pivotal position working with our Sessional Kindergartens and Long Day Care Services in Victoria. It is a permanent full-time opportunity that requires a significant amount of travel to visit the services. Your primary responsibilities will include: Contribute positively to the operations of KU and the realisation of the organisational Strategic Plan Support the Senior Manager, Education and Support with the provision of Education Support to KU services Support the provision of quality programs and practices in all KU services Facilitate the effective inclusion of all children in KU services Support KU service teachers and educators to identify children’s abilities and needs Support children and families to access relevant assessment and early childhood intervention Develop and deliver identified training, information and resources About you A completed degree in early childhood education AND a completed postgraduate in special education or inclusive education. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership/management or Director’s role Knowledge of the early childhood sector, including experience and knowledge of the National Quality Framework Knowledge of the early childhood intervention sector and the current issues affecting service provision Current Employee Working with Children Check Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook. Experience managing budgets.
