Site Manager - Fuel & Convenience Store An established and privately owned fuel and convenience retail group is seeking a dedicated Site Manager for their Stirling location. With a growing footprint across metropolitan and regional South Australia, this business offers long-term stability, career progression, and a supportive leadership structure. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role with oversight of team management, store operations, compliance, and financial performance. You'll be supported by an experienced head office team and receive regular on‑site guidance from an Operations Manager. The Role As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for running the day‑to‑day operations of the store while fostering a positive, high‑performance culture. The Stirling store typically operates with a team of approximately 13 casual staff, requiring confident leadership, flexibility, and strong organisation.
