About the role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily site operations to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of building projects. You will oversee subcontractors, coordinate labour, plant and materials, champion safety, and support a high-performing project environment. What you'll be doing: Lead day-to-day site operations and ensure high-quality construction delivery Monitor progress, subcontractor performance, and resource allocation Coordinate labour, plant, and materials in line with the Project Management Plan Drive a strong safety culture aligned with our "Safety is My Way" program Conduct site meetings, inspections and ensure HSEQ compliance Mentor and motivate project teams to maintain strong performance Ensure targets for time, cost, and quality are consistently achieved Your skills and experience 10+ years' commercial construction experience, ideally delivering projects $100M+ Proven leadership experience in site supervision or site management Strong ability to lead large teams and subcontractor workforces High level of planning, reporting and coordination capability Strong regard for safety, quality and team engagement Sound communication, IT and problem-solving skills Trade qualification or tertiary construction management qualification (preferred) Strong alignment with our values: Care, Integrity, Excellence Ready to build something better?
