The Role We’re searching for a Sales & Customer Service Consultant who will act as a key connector between Loco Love and the customers, stockists, and partners who adore us. In this role, you will: Deliver thoughtful, solution‑focused customer service that reflects our values and delights our customers Support wholesale sales through proactive outreach, lead follow‑ups, and seamless onboarding Handle customer inquiries with warmth, clarity, and brand‑aligned care Support administrative sales tasks to keep processes running smoothly Embody the essence and values of Loco Love in every interaction This position suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment, enjoys building relationships, and loves turning everyday touchpoints into magical brand experiences. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationships & Upselling Review incoming orders to identify upselling opportunities (pairings, seasonal specials, restocks). Communicate with wholesale customers to recommend add‑ons or upgrades. Build long‑term relationships with regular stockists through proactive, value‑driven communication. Support the Sales team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. Enter wholesale customer orders into Dear/Cin7 accurately. Update line forms, support new product GTMs, and help analyse sales opportunities using data. Assist with general sales admin tasks to ensure smooth workflows. Outbound Sales Assist the Sales Manager with outreach to potential stockists (calls and emails). Follow up leads, respond to initial queries, and support the onboarding experience. Achieve agreed sales targets while delivering Loco Love’s brand magic at every touchpoint. CRM & Technical Use Dear/Cin7, Shopify, HubSpot and internal systems accurately and confidently. Maintain accurate customer records and order data. Communicate with Production, Dispatch, and Marketing to resolve customer issues quickly (e.g. order discrepancies, delays, missing items). Brand Ambassador Represent Loco Love with professionalism, warmth, and positivity - internally and externally. Embody our values in every interaction. About You: Skills & Experience Customer Service: 2+ years in a fast‑paced online customer service role; confident handling phone and email inquiries independently. Technical: Intermediate experience with Dear/Cin7 or similar inventory systems, plus Shopify, HubSpot CRM, Helpdesk tools, and G‑Suite. Administration: Strong administrative and organisational skills. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (spelling, grammar, punctuation, clarity). High attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving, and a genuine desire to help people. Passion for wellness, conscious business, or artisan products is a bonus.
