Join us in providing exceptional experiences and creating lasting memories for our guests Position Overview: As a Guest Service Agent , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive. You will be part of a passionate, dedicated team committed to delivering personalized and efficient service. Your role will vary from check-in/check-out duties to guest assistance and providing local insights. If you are someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service, has a positive attitude, and loves working in a dynamic environment, we would love to have you on our team Key Responsibilities: Provide warm, welcoming, and efficient check-ins and check-outs for all guests. Work effectively with all departments to deliver a seamless experience for both internal and external customers. Use your local knowledge to provide guests with recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and more. Maintain the front desk area to a high standard, ensuring it is always welcoming and well-presented. Promote additional services such as room upgrades, late check-outs, and in-house amenities. Assist colleagues during peak periods to ensure consistent and high-quality guest experiences. Follow all procedures for guest confidentiality, cash handling, key control, and lost property management. Stay up to date on training, property procedures, and policies. Help maintain a clean and safe working environment. What We’re Looking For: A genuine enthusiasm for delivering a memorable guest experience. Friendly, clear, and confident in your interactions with guests and colleagues. Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing guest needs. Willing to help others and collaborate to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Keep track of guest preferences, payments, and internal processes with ease. Ideally, you have some experience in hospitality or customer service, but it's not a must – we’re willing to train the right person Bring your smile to work and spread positive energy – it’s contagious Must be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
