Quest East Perth is a 4½‑star property with 128 studios, one‑ and two‑bedroom serviced apartments. Opened in October 2016 it is conveniently located on Adelaide Terrace, just moments from Perth's CBD. Quest East Perth is now seeking a Part Time Night Auditor to join our winning team. Key Responsibilities Provide Front Office Reception services in person, on the phone and via the internet and email, and promote and sell reservations in accordance with the Quest franchise system and the QuestWay. Warm Welcome Check‑in and Fond Farewell Check‑out guests according to procedures. Process the Night Audit functions of the property. Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner. Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the property, including financial and sales targets, room rates, apartment and property features and Quest services. Receive, record and process accommodation reservations according to the requirements of the RMS system. Follow all occupational health and safety procedures as outlined in the Franchise Operations Manual and Quest Occupational Health and Safety standards. Sound ability to manage guests feedback and handle complaints. Report to the Accommodation Services Manager and work closely with other Department Heads and the General Manager. Personal Attributes Ability to work to set time frames. Have a can‑do attitude at all times. Passion for the hospitality / travel / tourism industry. Show pride in their work and the performance of their team. A solution‑focused approach to problem solving. An energetic approach to work. Be reliable, mature, honest and flexible. Have high standards of personal presentation. Confidence with customer service. Professionally groomed and presentable. Ability to work 23:00 to 07:00 on a 14‑day rotating roster. Be flexible to assist with other shifts as business demands require. Experience & Qualifications Must have experience in a reception or customer service position in an accommodation environment. Experience with EFTPOS, RMS or an alternate Property Management System highly regarded. Applicants must be available to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays, and full flexibility to work additional hours is also required.
