Your new role Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will lead the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies across the Group’s three brands, each targeting diverse audiences. You will manage campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms, oversee public relations, and ensure consistent brand presentation across signage, display suites, and HQ. A key focus will be implementing and growing the Group’s digital and social strategy, with clear objectives around lead generation and enquiry growth in close collaboration with the Sales team. In addition, you will build and lead a small marketing team, developing capability and driving impactful results across all brands. What you\'ll need to succeed Extensive demonstrated marketing experience across multi-brand or multi-channel roles at a management level Proven success in digital growth, social strategy, and lead generation to drive enquiries and sales Strong brand, content, and campaign management expertise Ability to manage diverse audiences and brand positioning Leadership skills with the ability to establish and guide a team Tertiary qualifications in communications or a relevant discipline What you\'ll get in return This is a rare opportunity to lead marketing across a diverse, multi-brand portfolio in South Australia’s premium home building industry.
