Sales Development Representative (SDR) Full-time • Hybrid | Richmond, Australia About BuildPass At BuildPass, we’re building the world’s smartest operating system for construction to drive safer, more efficient job sites. AI is at the core of our mission to digitise one of the world’s largest and least tech-enabled industries. After raising a AUD$7.5M Seed in 2024, we’re growing ~10% month over month. The Role You are the first point of contact for either our inbound or outbound customers. Understanding our product, positioning, use cases and how we can truly help construction companies run their site operations. Plainly speaking, you will be responsible for picking up the phone and generating new business opportunities that ultimately drive revenue for BuildPass. What You’ll Do Proactively reach out to prospects to generate new business opportunities for BuildPass Identify and qualify leads through outbound efforts (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) as well as inbound inquiries Understand customer needs and requirements, educating them on how BuildPass can solve their pain points Collaborate with the sales team to book meetings and build a robust sales pipeline Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in a CRM, managing multiple prospects at various stages of the sales funnel Stay current on industry trends, BuildPass product developments, and competitors What You’ll Bring To The Team 1+ year of professional experience from any background Results driven mindset. The ability to be handed a target, and calculate how you are going to achieve and surpass this target. Go from learning the ropes, to becoming an expert in our ideal customer.
