Our passionate team of over 100 are dedicated to producing, promoting and delivering award winning cheeses and bringing a slice of Italy to restaurants and households across Australia. Our products are distributed Nationally and increasingly Internationally to restaurants, delis and supermarkets. This role is full time, Monday to Friday. Salary range $75,000 - $80,000. As our Multimedia Designer, you will be an integral part of our creative marketing team, contributing to the visual identity and storytelling of our brand. Concept Development & Design Consult with management and clients to understand project briefs, objectives, and creative requirements. Develop engaging multimedia concepts, storyboards, and prototypes that combine visual design, interactivity, and functionality. Multimedia Production Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including interactive graphics, animations, videos, and web elements. Integrate text, sound, imagery, animation, and video to create cohesive multimedia presentations and campaigns. Ensure all designs are optimised for digital distribution and compatible across devices, platforms, and browsers. Graphic Design Integration Apply strong graphic design skills to support brand consistency across multimedia and print materials. Create marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, and digital banners that enhance broader multimedia initiatives. Technical & Quality Control Test, refine, and troubleshoot multimedia outputs to ensure usability, quality, and technical accuracy. Optimise designs for performance, accessibility, and user engagement. Collaboration & Project Delivery Work closely with marketing, IT, and creative teams to deliver high-quality multimedia outcomes on time. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, consistency, and creative excellence. What We’re Looking For Formal education in the Graphic Design, Visual Communication field, or equivalent industry experience Experience in multimedia design, digital production, or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing interactive design, animation, graphic design, or video/motion work. Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, motion/animation tools, web design applications).
