Senior Architectural Designer We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Architectural Designer to join a listed company’s architectural design team. This role requires strong design ability, solid technical skills, and the capability to manage projects across all phases. Key Responsibilities Lead concept, schematic, and design development stages. Produce drawings, 3D models, presentations, and technical documentation. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Manage planning submissions, building approvals, and compliance requirements. Review work from junior team members and provide guidance. Participate in client meetings and present design proposals. Support project timelines and ensure design quality throughout delivery. About You 3–7 years of architectural design experience. Strong conceptual and presentation skills. Proficient in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite. Good understanding of Australian building codes and construction detailing. Strong communication and coordination skills. Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed‑use projects preferred. Architectural registration or progress toward registration is an advantage.
