HR Business Partner We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who is confident advising senior leaders and comfortable working with blue‑ and white‑collar teams across both strategic and operational priorities. This role supports a diverse business and offers genuine scope to influence people strategy, guide leaders and contribute to a strong, engaged culture. You will partner with managers, providing sound judgement, practical solutions and consistent HR leadership. You will be trusted to work independently, manage a varied workload and deliver outcomes while operating within established corporate frameworks, HR governance requirements and company policies. Key Responsibilities Provide practical support to employees across manufacturing, service and sales Partner with senior leaders to develop people strategies aligned to business goals Support talent management, workforce planning and leadership capability Provide clear, considered advice on employee relations, performance issues and policy interpretation Lead and support investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes Guide organizational design, team effectiveness and change initiatives Support HR programs, onboarding, engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives Interpret HR data to identify trends and help leaders make informed decisions Ensure HR processes, documentation and systems meet compliance and legislative requirements Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes Required Skills & Qualifications At least 7 years of HR experience, including time in a HR Business Partner or HR Manager role Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice Ability to work autonomously with mature judgement and disciplined follow‑through Thrive operating in a dynamic and changing environment Proven capability managing employee relations with integrity and fairness Confidence coaching leaders and influencing decision making Ability to support organizational change and culture initiatives Skilled in analyzing HR metrics and using data to guide conversations Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive matters Degree qualifications in Human Resources or a related field A pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, will be required Benefits Hybrid role with flexible working arrangements Parking and onsite gym for employees Access to discounted health insurance Peer‑to‑peer recognition via our ‘AAA’ nominations and awards Wellbeing committee focusing on mental health, community engagement, diversity & inclusion, social & amenities Access to a WhereFit membership, providing discounts for gym memberships, apparel and more Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Human Resources dormakaba is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
