Disability Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate, skilled and experienced support workers to join our team in supporting our clients in SIL accommodation in North Lakes and surrounding suburbs. You will have the opportunity to actively support our male and female clients maintaining their independence and accessing the community. The shifts are generally 8 hours long, regular and consistent, including sleepovers. You will receive paid training - certifications you can take with you in your career. Client Support Needs Personal care Behaviour reporting Medication administration Domestic assistance About You We’re looking for people who bring a mix of experience, skills and understanding to the role. You don’t need to meet every point below to apply: Certificate III in Individual Support or similar Previous disability support experience Current First Aid and CPR NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) Working with Children Check (Blue Card) Current driver licence and own vehicle Bonus points if you have enteral peg feeding experience.
