Based in Sydney, for Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands, we’re seeking someone to step into a Sales & Customer Support role to cover for parental leave on a part‑time or full‑time basis. While this position is initially a parental leave cover, there is clear potential for an ongoing opportunity. This position offers a flexible schedule to accommodate part‑time or full‑time arrangements. This is a great opportunity for an orthodontic assistant, orthodontic receptionist, orthodontic or dental practice manager, or dental technician who’s looking to try something new—or for anyone with clinic or lab experience who enjoys working in a customer‑focused environment. We’re also keen to hear from motivated dental field sales or dental customer support professionals who are ready to dive in and learn. There’s plenty to take in, but nothing a driven individual can’t handle What you’ll be doing You’ll be a go‑to person for our customers—helping them find the right products, following up on quotes and placing orders, and making sure every interaction is a smooth one, and not surprisingly, many customers actually become friends Help customers choose the precise dental, ortho lab products Answer product and order enquiries via phone, email and customer portals Prepare and follow up on quotes—turning interest into orders Process orders via emails, phone calls and online shop orders Build great relationships with clinics, labs, and many dental professionals Reach out to warm sales leads via phone calls Use HubSpot CRM to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline (training provided if you’re new to it) Assist with monthly promotional emails (template‑based, sent via CRM—training provided) What we’re looking for Experience in an orthodontic practice, dental clinic or dental lab (preferred) A motivated dental sales or dental customer support professional who understands the sales process with true customer‑centric support A strong communicator who loves helping customers Organised with a sharp eye for detail Comfortable with CRMs like HubSpot, MYOB, MS suite (or willing to learn) A team player who’s happy to jump in and support wherever needed Please note this is a temporary parental leave cover position with duration to be determined / negotiated.
