Do you shine in a sale focused role where building trust and guiding families through life-changing decisions comes naturally? Join one of the most reputable orthodontic specialist practices working 4 days a week across 2 locations. About the Role As a Treatment Coordinator , you will be one of the most important touchpoints for new and existing patients, guiding families through their orthodontic journey with care, clarity and professionalism. The role blends patient coordination, treatment support, communication and financial discussions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families. Present and discuss treatment plans, benefits, and option clearly Schedule appointments Handle phone and email enquiries Create a warm, welcoming and supportive first impression Support patients during their initial consultation experience Discuss treatment fees and payment plan options Who We’re Looking For Positive, enthusiastic and compassionate in nature.
