Warehouse Supervisor

Hardware concepts PTY LTD – Burleigh Heads QLD • Lead, train, and supervise a team of 2 warehouse staff. • Assign daily tasks and manage workflow. • Ensure all team members follow safety and operational procedures. 2. Inventory Management • Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching all goods. • Monitor stock levels and communicate with the manager when replenishment is needed. • Manage all returned items, reviewing condition received, adding back to inventory where appropriate, updating records and the team. • Complete regular stock takes and process stock adjustments. • Ensure all dispatch, stock movements, and adjustments are entered accurately and on time. 3. Process & Compliance • Ensure all warehouse operations follow company policies and legal requirements, including Work Health & Safety standards. • Keep accurate records such as inventory logs and delivery paperwork. • Review and improve warehouse Standard Operating Procedures. • Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to increase accuracy and productivity. 4. Logistics Coordination • Organise and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries. • Communicate with freight companies and drivers. • Ensure customer orders are picked accurately, packed and dispatched on time. 5. Container Coordination • Arrange the booking, delivery, collection, and dehire of containers. • Track container movements to ensure timely return and avoid extra charges. • Liaise with transport partners, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate schedules. • Maintain accurate records of all container bookings and dehire documentation. 6. Quality Control • Check for damaged, missing, or incorrect items. • Maintain clean, safe, and well‑organised storage areas, dispatch and receiving areas and bins. • Report any quality issues and follow through to resolution. 7. Performance & Reporting • Monitor key performance indicators such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, stock discrepancies, and staff productivity. • Provide regular updates and reports to the operations manager. Desired Skills & Requirements • Knowledge of, or previous experience with, inventory management systems (e.g. Zoho, Shopify). • Ability to safely lift up to 25kg (aligned with typical requirements for moving doors and unloading containers). • Ability to stand, bend, and move for long periods during daily warehouse operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
