We’re looking for a strong, detail-driven Warehouse Supervisor to run day-to-day operations at our fragrance manufacturing and distribution facility in Yatala. Why This Role Stands Out Attractive remuneration package 4-day work week (Mon–Thu, 6am–4pm) — enjoy a 3-day weekend every week Work with a longstanding, experienced team Modern, large warehouse environment Real opportunity to improve systems and take responsibility for results Your Team You will lead and work alongside a team of up to 10 across: Warehouse dispatch Pick/pack operations Stock control & inventory accuracy for the warehouse (not raw materials) Bottling and pouching (hand and machine) Goods in / forklift unload & put‑away You’ll also work closely with key staff in the production area to ensure a smooth flow from compounding to bottling to dispatch. This role is warehouse‑focused only — purchasing and raw material ordering (supply chain) are not part of this position. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack orders Maintain accurate inventory and stock control in the warehouse Operate forklift confidently for unloading and put‑away Keep the warehouse tidy, safe and well organised Use systems to print labels, check orders and update stock Team productivity, attendance and performance Communicate clearly around priorities, deadlines and output We’re Looking For Must Have: Valid forklift licence + proven forklift operating experience Supervisory or team leader experience in a warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and pride in stock accuracy Confident computer skills — label printing, scanning, simple data entry Hands‑on — visible, supportive, proactive Personal Qualities: Fair but firm leadership style Structured, organised and reliable Calm problem‑solver who anticipates issues Safety and cleanliness mindset Results‑focused, action‑focused This Role Will Suit Someone Who: ✔ Takes pride in running a warehouse properly ✔ Enjoys hands‑on work and visible results ✔ No‑excuses, “get it done” attitude ✔ Proactive problem solver who anticipates issues, not just reacts ✔ Builds respect through fairness and consistency ✔ Wants a role where output and quality genuinely matter ✔ Seeks compensation that reflects capability, not just a title #J-18808-Ljbffr
