PMO Lead

Due to the continued success and growth of Seven Consulting, we are looking for a talented PMO Lead with relevant experience who shares our passion for delivering quality outcomes through business change to join our team on a contract basis. Your new Role: As a PMO Lead, you will work directly with our clients to deliver high-quality PMO services. Each engagement is different but typical responsibilities of a PMO Lead include: Establishing and operating the PMO for a project, program, or portfolio. Driving improvements and uplifting PMO capabilities Developing and implementing robust processes, managing the overall governance and controls Refining existing PMO practices in line with changing requirements and establishing best practices and frameworks. Liaise with Sponsors, Steering Committee members, and stakeholders at all levels of the client’s organisation Lead/coach/mentor PMO team members What you bring: Self-starter with proven ability to set up and run project, program &/or portfolio PMOs Minimum 7 years experience in implementing improvements in the value delivered by the PMO Track record of successfully delivering PMO services for technology projects & programs Proven abilities in the establishment and management of governance and controls for traditional and agile-run projects/programs/portfolios Experience leading teams Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to influence Experience in EPMO as well as project-level PMO is desirable.
