PMO Manager

Due to the continued success and growth of Seven Consulting, we are looking for talented PMO Consultants with relevant experience who share our passion for delivering quality outcomes through business change to join our team on a contract basis. Your new Role As a PMO Manager, you will work directly with our clients to deliver high-quality PMO services. Each engagement is different but typical responsibilities of a PMO Manager include: Establishing and operating the PMO for large & complex projects, programs, or portfolios. Managing the PMO Team of Seven Consulting and client resources Driving improvements and uplifting PMO capabilities to meet client maturity needs Developing and implementing robust processes, managing the overall governance and controls Refining existing PMO practices in line with changing requirements and establishing best practices and frameworks. Act as an independent advisor to Sponsors, Steering Committee members, and stakeholders at all levels of the client’s organisation Lead/manage/mentor PMO team members What you bring: You are an experienced professional with a proven ability to support successful PMOs and demonstrated an extensive history of contributing alongside senior executives to ensure robust project planning, progress reporting, and process governance on mission-critical IT programs and projects.
