Strategic Manufacturing Solutions – Narre Warren VIC UltimateTiles are a market leader in the Eastern suburbs and Mornington Peninsula, both in trade and retail sectors and are seeking a Business Development Manager for our Narre Warren and Pakenham sites, to supply clients through our multi‑site branch network. To be considered for this exciting opportunity with Ultimate Tiles, you will need: Excellent presentation and communication skills. Experienced BDM with an established client list and industry expertise. Experience in the supply of tiling and finished products to the building and commercial industry. Excellent leadership skills and the desire to grow and develop, in a rewarding and exciting business. Existing client base in the trade is a must for this senior role. The ability to develop new and existing accounts and present new product offering, to an established client base. An excellentunderstanding of the sales cycle in the building industry. A good understanding of CRM softwareand HubSpot. Excellent management and sales skills. About the role You will be working in our sales team, and you will be responsible for the development of new and existing business, to assist the company with our growth projections, while working with senior management on budgets and the overall company sales plan. This position will provide: An excellent opportunity for advancement, in one of the larger trade and retail supply groups in Victoria. An excellent remuneration package, including company car, phone, superannuation and an incentive scheme, will be offered to the successful candidate. This opportunity exists, for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated Sales Executive, to join our team in the Eastern and Bayside suburbs, in Melbourne.You will take responsibility for developing business from new andestablished trade‑basedaccounts. You will also be required to ensure sales objectives are met, in accordance with sales budgets and forecasts and ensure face to face contact, selling across the full range of our products.Regular reporting and follow up with our Sales Manager, will assist you to develop and grow your client list and help you to ensure your objectives are achieved. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a proven sales success record, with a sound knowledge of a like industry, along with the ability to build on your client list. This role requires a senior executive with a proven track record in sales and the ability to manage and develop your account list.
