Warranty Clerk – Irelands of Cairns Join the team at one of North Queensland’s most trusted multi-franchise dealerships Irelands of Cairns is seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk to join our dynamic service team. Representing leading automotive brands — GMSV, Mitsubishi, BYD, Isuzu Trucks, and RAM — this is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of vehicles in a fast-paced, professional environment. About the Role As a Warranty Clerk, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of warranty claims and administration across our brands. You’ll work closely with our service, parts, and manufacturer representatives to ensure all warranty submissions are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Prepare, submit, and follow up on manufacturer warranty claims Review repair orders for accuracy and compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturer representatives Maintain accurate and organised records of all warranty transactions Assist with reporting, audits, and process improvements About You To succeed in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk in a dealership or automotive environment (essential) Strong working knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures (GMSV, Mitsubishi, BYD, Isuzu Trucks, or RAM experience highly regarded) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong computer literacy and administrative skills The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy team A proactive attitude and commitment to high-quality service Why Join Irelands of Cairns?
