Client Growth Specialist

Join a fast-growing Australian skincare manufacturer and help support and grow relationships with brands across Australia and internationally. We are a GMP-certified facility producing White Label, Private Label and custom-formulated products for beauty and wellness brands. We are looking for a warm, confident and proactive Client Growth Specialist to represent our company, support our clients and help grow our White Label, Private Label and Custom ranges. This role focuses on building genuine client relationships, identifying opportunities and helping brands scale through natural upselling and strong communication. This role suits someone who enjoys taking initiative and feels confident managing their own workflow. You will be supported with training, tools and guidance, and we value someone who can stay organised, follow leads and keep positive momentum with clients in a warm, professional way. Key Responsibilities Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with existing clients Promote White Label, Private Label and Custom Development opportunities Identify natural upsell and cross-sell opportunities that support client success Secure and onboard new B2B skincare brands Communicate clearly and professionally on behalf of the company Support clients with product knowledge and category guidance Meet monthly engagement and growth KPIs Collaborate with production, R&D and quality teams to support client needs Represent our company with professionalism, friendliness and integrity What We Are Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience in sales, account management or client-facing roles (B2B preferred) Confidently representing a reputable manufacturer with care and professionalism Comfortable identifying opportunities and helping brands grow Able to work independently, stay organised and maintain consistent follow-through Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused Skincare or beauty knowledge is helpful but not essential Someone who enjoys people and takes pride in how they represent the business What We Offer Supportive, friendly and respectful team environment Work with innovative local and international skincare brands A business known for quality, transparency and strong client care Ongoing training, tools and support to set you up for success Opportunities for career growth as the company expands A role with genuine impact in a fast-moving industry If you value relationships, enjoy helping brands thrive and want to work with a company that cares about quality and integrity, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
