Senior Process and Intelligent Automation Developer Sydney, NSW, Australia Job Description Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Process and Intelligent Automation Developer. What’s the role? As a Senior Developer within Process & Intelligent Automation Services (PiAS), you will lead the delivery of innovative automation solutions that enable business transformation across the organisation. This role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end automation solutions, from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. It will drive technical leadership, agile delivery, and continuous improvement while ensuring quality, security, and governance standards. The role also involves engaging stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives and mentoring team members to uphold best practices. What do I need? 3+ years hands‑on experience building RPA automations and complex Power apps (Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI) solutions BluePrism Certified Developer is a mandatory requirement for the position. 5+ years experience in a large and complex organisation, primarily in the financial services industry. Experience in designing and implementing automation workflows that integrate seamlessly with enterprise applications using RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. Experience in identifying and integrating automation workflows using RPA into business processes. Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure SQL, Custom/Premium Connectors, and Data Gateways. Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (desirable). Why join us?
