Who We Need: Graduate Intelligent Automation Analyst An Intelligent Automation Graduate Analyst supports senior team members in analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and contributing to the design and delivery of automation solutions. You will translate business needs into clear, structured outputs, assist with low-code development on platforms such as Power Platform, and ensure stakeholders have accurate, well-presented information throughout engagements. Day-to-Day Responsibility Engage with clients and team members to understand business processes and challenges. Assist in mapping processes and documenting business and functional requirements. Support solution design by contributing to process improvement ideas and automation opportunities. Assist in developing and testing low-code solutions under guidance (Power Apps, Power Automate). Help gather information related to system interfaces, data flows, and integration touchpoints. Prepare clear documentation for internal and client audiences. Participate in client workshops, stand‑ups, and delivery activities. Contribute to internal initiatives that support divisional goals and continuous improvement. What skills and experience would be ideal? A recent graduate in Information Systems, Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Curious, proactive, and open to continuous learning. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an interest in process, system, and integration design. Effective communicator with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences. A team player who collaborates well and contributes positively to group outcomes. Comfortable working in new business environments and adapting quickly. Interest in low‑code platforms (Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar) is desirable but not mandatory.
