The institute works closely with corporate clients, government agencies, and individuals to tailor training solutions that reduce risk and enhance road safety. Position Overview The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for driving growth and sustainability for the RTO by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the organisation’s client base. This role involves promoting nationally recognised training programs, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2025. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Strategy Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organisational goals. Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams for training delivery. Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with corporate clients, industry bodies, and government agencies. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry associations, and community organisations. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all business development activities comply with the Standards for RTOs 2025 and relevant legislation. Collaborate with compliance and training teams to maintain quality and integrity in service delivery. Market Research & Analysis Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision‑making. Drive enrolments through targeted campaigns and networking events. Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and digital strategies. Some digital marketing may be required. Direct contact with potential clients. Attending expos and corporate events. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of enrolment and revenue targets. Growth in corporate partnerships and repeat business. Compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Client satisfaction and retention rates. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in business development, preferably within the VET/RTO sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
