Overview Great Beginnings Halls Head has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Assistant Centre Manager to join our service. We are seeking a dedicated team member with the drive to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. Our Centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised Kindergarten program. Our children enjoy indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms with age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. We offer a truly flexible work arrangement to support work-life balance. Responsibilities Contribute to building and maintaining an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0–5 years. Support program delivery based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Collaborate with the Centre team to provide quality care and education. Engage with families to support children’s development and learning. Assist with daily centre operations and leadership duties as required. Qualifications ACEQCA approved Diploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood). Understanding of EYLF and NQS. Proven educator experience within an Early Childhood service (0–5 years). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Current Working with Children Check. First Aid certificate.
