You’re a product leader who will be responsible for the end‑to‑end in‑life home loan journey. Responsibilities Innovating on and driving key home loan experiences for customers Ensuring we maintain a stable, reliable home lending system and product ledger Delivering our customers innovative and market‑leading experiences by using customer insights, business data, and market context Working in a cross‑functional team alongside engineers, designers, and operations and customer service – owning outcomes every step of the way Lead and coach continuous discovery across the value stream to deeply understand customer pain points, behaviours, and unmet needs Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including executives, business analysts, and engineers within Unloan and CBA Drive a culture of empowered teams Role Overview Develop and execute a thoughtful strategic product roadmap by working closely with the Crew Lead, Technical Lead, and Design Lead to identify the business’s biggest problems to solve Own the product vision and strategy for Unloan Home Loan Experience Analyse customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including executives, business analysts, and engineers within Unloan and CBA Drive a culture of empowered teams Qualifications Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a digital‑first, high‑growth environment.
