As a Product Owner in our Customer Squad, you will be responsible for driving the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from roadmap development and prioritization to agile delivery and benefit realization. You will define and articulate the business value of initiatives, features, and improvements on the digital platforms ensuring the team is focused on the right work and able to measure impact effectively. You will bring deep customer insight to the table, using it to shape the product roadmap and align with our domain vision. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in a cross‑cultural environment, work closely with squad members, and product leadership to ensure clarity, alignment, and growth of the solution. You will also contribute to the broader PO community, sharing knowledge and supporting chapter development. Key responsibilities: Define and communicate business value to guide prioritisation and impact measurement. Own the product lifecycle from inception to delivery and performance tracking. Develop and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Drive experimentation and user testing to inform product improvements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Apply Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Built‑In Quality principles. Support compliance and risk management efforts. Contribute to the PO chapter and foster a culture of continuous learning. Who you are 5+ years of experience in product management or ownership in Agile environments for a digital platform or e‑commerce. Proven track record in creating digital experiences for B2C/B2B websites preferably from fintech, e‑commerce, payments or banking industry. Experience in working on complex products for large customers. Strong understanding of Agile processes and Scrum principles. Skilled in requirements gathering, user story development and product design. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Data‑driven with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Highly organised with a collaborative mindset and customer focus. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and working closely with technology teams. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is a plus.
