The position requires handling detail-oriented tasks quickly and accurately, with a focus on building relationships and supporting others. The Opportunity: Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm Effectively manage inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Perform general office and administration duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive, harmonious environment and continuously improve customer service processes and procedures. Customer service experience preferred but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a people first approach. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with others. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office suite. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
