Role Overview At UniLodge South Bank, we’re looking for an inspiring Student Experience Lead (internally known as Residential Life Manager) to lead our vibrant residential community. In this hands-on, people-focused role, you’ll create a welcoming and inclusive environment where residents feel connected, supported, and empowered to thrive. You’ll mentor our team of Residential Advisors, drive wellbeing initiatives, and bring our community to life through engaging programs, events, and everyday connection. Here’s What You Will Do Recruit, train, and mentor Residential Advisors to deliver exceptional support, foster belonging, and uphold community standards. Design, implement, and continuously improve programs that promote wellbeing, engagement, and student success. Monitor resident welfare, provide guidance and referrals, and collaborate with university and local support services. Cultivate a positive, safe, and inclusive culture that celebrates diversity, connection, and mutual respect. Partner with university teams, contractors, and internal departments to deliver an outstanding resident experience. About You You’re a compassionate, community-minded leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You communicate with empathy, think proactively, and genuinely care about helping students succeed.
