This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Cricks Noosa as a Workshop Controller. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the automotive workshop, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standard. A key focus of this position will be providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment. What you'll be doing Coordinating the workflow and scheduling of all jobs in the workshop to maximise productivity and efficiency Supervising and supporting the technical team, providing guidance and mentorship as required Ensuring all work is completed to the company's quality standards and within agreed timeframes Liaising with customers to provide updates on vehicle progress and addressing any concerns Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to workshop operations Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing enhanced procedures Promoting a safe work environment and adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations What we're looking for Experience working as a Workshop Controller or in a similar supervisory role within the automotive industry Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair and maintenance procedures Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and the workshop team Highly organised and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to quality Relevant trade qualifications and certifications What we offer At Cricks Noosa, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
