About the Role As HSE (Health Safety & Environment) Business Partner , you'll play a pivotal role in embedding a proactive, prevention-focused safety culture at our new Ballarat site. You'll partner with site leaders to implement integrated health, safety, and environmental systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. This role is hands‑on and highly visible, driving continuous improvement through data insights, coaching, and collaboration. Key responsibilities include : Building a strong safety culture through leadership and engagement Maintaining and improving site HSE management systems Leading risk assessments, incident investigations, and injury management programs Driving compliance with WHS, environmental, and food safety regulations Supporting sustainability initiatives and environmental performance monitoring Delivering HSE training and capability-building programs About You You'll bring : Certificate IV in WHS (essential); tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety (desirable) Experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within food manufacturing Strong knowledge of safety management systems (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001) Proven ability to influence, coach, and build relationships across all levels Digital literacy and comfort with data-driven decision‑making A collaborative mindset and resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment What's on offer at Mauri?
