You will drive growth and engagement of prospective students through data-driven email and automation strategies, lead nurture programs, audience segmentation, privacy compliance, personalisation, and campaign optimisation. As part of the Lead Nurture and Automation team, you will: Leverage marketing automation platforms and connected software to deliver sophisticated engagement programs Undertake data analysis and visualisation in PowerBI to share insights, performance reporting, and optimise campaigns Collaborate with recruitment, marketing, brand, advertising and insights teams to create unified campaigns, ensure data integrity, and contribute to high-quality content across all platforms Be Rewarded Hybrid working arrangements available 17% superannuation (with the choice to join an award-winning superfund) 6 weeks annual leave (incl.
