Due to our recent expansion, we are seeking an additional staff member to support our increased workload. We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced candidate to join our Marketing team at our head office in Melbourne. Job Purpose Serve as an important member of the Marketing team Update and maintain customer information database Maintain the current markets and develop new markets Report to the Marketing Manager Job Responsibility Developing, implementing and monitoring a variety of marketing campaigns Organizing and managing daily/weekly job schedules and formulating marketing strategies Liaison with clients Meeting customers, processing documents for sales Issuing quotations/invoices General administration duties Job Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment, preferably in a position relevant to Marketing Excellent written and interpersonal skills Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to speak a second language highly regarded Job Capabilities Can-do spirit Self-motivated Result-oriented attitude Treat your job with respect Take initiative in job reportingTake initiative asking any questions when in doubt Take initiative in communication both internally and externally #J-18808-Ljbffr
