Action on Disability within Ethnic Communities – Morang VIC Marketing Officer – Join a Purpose Driven Organisation ADEC is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Officer to help drive our strategic marketing and communications initiatives across disability, aged care, advocacy, and community services. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Marketing Officer will play a key role in strengthening our digital presence, supporting organisational growth, and delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive marketing content that reflects ADEC’s mission and values. Possesses exceptional time management and project management abilities, with the capacity to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Demonstrates a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying current with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively contributing new ideas. Is able to travel as required to visit client locations, conduct interviews, and translate insights into effective marketing collateral. Holds a valid Victorian driver’s licence and meets all compliance requirements. Your Background We would love to hear from candidates who have: Experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or a similar role (ideally 3+ years). Skills in digital content creation, website management, social media, analytics, and design, and lead generation. An understanding of the NDIS, aged care, or community services sectors (desirable). Experience working with CALD communities and an awareness of culturally inclusive communication. Experience supporting or working with people with disability (desirable). Knowledge of NDIS and My Aged Care guidelines (desirable). Proficiency in a second language (advantageous). Why Join ADEC?
