Marketing Officer ADEC is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Officer to drive strategic marketing and communications initiatives across disability, aged care, advocacy, and community services. This role supports our mission of empowerment, inclusion, and improved outcomes for people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Reporting to: Marketing and Communications Manager Key Responsibilities: Strengthen digital presence and support organisational growth. Deliver high‑quality, culturally sensitive marketing content reflecting ADEC’s mission and values. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, website management, analytics, and design. Lead campaign execution, content creation, storytelling, and multicultural communication. Manage lead generation, analytics, reporting, and engagement with CALD communities and vulnerable populations. Coordinate and oversee project management across dynamic environments. Who We’re Looking For: A proactive, adaptable, creative marketing professional passionate about social impact. Can‑do attitude with genuine enthusiasm for organisational growth. Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing’s role in service expansion. Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills, with clear‑inclusive, engaging content creation. Exceptional time‑management and project‑management abilities; able to balance multiple priorities with attention to detail. Commitment to ongoing learning, staying current with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Ability to travel as required to client locations, interviews, and translate insights into effective marketing collateral. Valid Victorian driver’s licence and compliance with organisational requirements. Required Background: Minimum 3+ years experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or a similar role. Strong digital content creation, website management, social media, analytics, design, and lead generation skills. Understanding of NDIS, aged care, or community services sectors (desirable). Experience working with CALD communities and culturally inclusive communication. Experience supporting or working with people with disability (desirable). Knowledge of NDIS and My Aged Care guidelines (desirable). Proficiency in a second language (advantageous). Why Join ADEC?
