About the Role To support the ongoing growth of the business, we are currently recruiting a passionate Onsite Catering Manager to join our growing Catering team. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high quality food and beverage services that meet our employee expectations and align with operational standards. This role ensures the smooth running of all catering activities, from menu planning and food preparation to service delivery and compliance. The Catering Manager plays a key part in maintaining profitability, driving customer satisfaction and fostering a safe, efficient and innovative kitchen environment. About You Trade qualified in commercial cookery 5+ years managing operations / kitchens Strong people leadership skills Experience with leading both front of house and back of house staff Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong time management skills Ability to work under pressure Intermediate computer literacy skills Background in beef Willingness to learn about JBS products and brands Ability to manage budgets effectively Why work for JBS Australia?
