The NRL Telstra Premiership is the closest elite sporting competition in the country and the State of Origin series between New South Wales and Queensland is Australian sport’s greatest rivalry. We’re looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and help shape the future of Rugby League. If you’re ready to make an impact in a fast‑paced, purpose‑led organisation, we want to hear from you. In the role you will: Support NRL Schools team with planning, coordinating and executing priority projects. Provide administrative and logistical support to curriculum development leads, professional learning designers and competition coordinators. Drive growth and engagement with the NRL School Ambassador Program. Oversee the coordination and facilitation of strategically important school and system leader engagement events. Oversee the integration of MySideline, Salesforce and other data tools to capture insights for strategic reporting. Act as a primary contract for schools and education department staff, managing portal, email, and phone enquiries. Manage agreements and funding applications with third‑party associations delivering school competitions. Track and manage agreements with NRL clubs and partners, ensuring accuracy and alignment with NRL standards. Ideally you will have: High digital literacy with confidence in data systems, reporting tools and online platforms. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse groups, including educators, administrators and sport industry professionals. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes, ideally within a sport, education or community focused environment. Demonstrated experience in administration, stakeholder management and event delivery. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
