As a full-time, permanent position, this is an exciting opportunity to showcase your passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals and contribute to the success of our thriving hospitality business. What you'll be doing Monitor and regulate the operating temperature of cooking equipment to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Oversee the storage of food items in temperature-controlled facilities to maintain quality and hygiene. Provide training and guidance to other staff members and required to ensure adherence to operational and safety procedures. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, taste and presentation Assist in the planning and development of seasonal menus Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers What we're looking for Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery(Diploma in Hospitality Management will be highly regarded). At least one year of proven experience as a chef or Cook in a similar hospitality environment.
