We’re looking for a hands‑on Builder / Site Manager to help lead the growth of our Built‑Form Division, delivering house builds, industrial projects, and remote government construction across Queensland. This is an opportunity for a builder who’s been on the tools, knows how things get built, and has worked their way up through experience, respect, and results. You’ll take ownership of a new and growing part of our business, working closely with senior leadership to deliver high‑quality projects from the ground up. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering residential homes on land‑development projects. Leading small‑scale commercial and industrial builds tied to our civil infrastructure works. Managing remote government housing and community projects across Queensland. Overseeing subcontractors, program, quality, and safety outcomes on site. Building systems, culture, and structure for a growing built‑form division. Driving performance and fostering a positive, can‑do team environment. What We’re Looking For Trade background (carpentry or similar) with QBCC Builder or Site Supervision. Proven experience delivering low‑rise or commercial projects from start to finish. Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills. A practical problem‑solver who thrives on getting things done safely and efficiently. Willingness to travel to regional and remote sites when required. Genuine passion for quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
