Overview Seeds Early Learning Centres – Ballina NSW General Support, Cleaning and Logistics Staff Join our Centre and Room Support Team Childcare qualifications are NOT required. This is not an educator role. Must have a Working With Children Check (WWC) and enjoy being in the company of children. Seeds Early Learning is seeking warm, reliable and proactive room support, cleaning and logistics staff to join our beautiful centre. This is an above-ratio general support role designed to help our educators, kitchen team, and centre operations run smoothly. You do not need an early childhood qualification — you simply need to enjoy being around children, be helpful, organised, and ready to support the team. About the Role As a member of our Centre and Room Support Team, you will assist with a variety of everyday tasks that keep our centre safe, calm and well-organised, including: Cleaning & Environment Reset Light cleaning and tidying high-traffic areas Resetting play spaces and learning environments Helping maintain a clean, organised centre throughout the day Assisting kitchen staff with simple tasks Helping with meal service and organisation Running small errands around the centre Helping educators with simple practical tasks Supporting daily routines and centre flow Room Support and Child Interactions Running small errands around the centre Being an extra set of hands in the room during busy periods Interacting with children in simple play-based activities Helping with transitions and calm routine (always alongside qualified educators — this is NOT a counted-ratio position) Who We’re Looking For We welcome applicants who are: Friendly, calm and enjoy working around children Helpful and willing to support wherever needed Organised and confident with cleaning and routine tasks Reliable and positive team players Able to follow direction from Room Leaders and Centre Management Comfortable doing a blend of cleaning, kitchen, logistics and room support No childcare qualification or study is required. This is a support role only — not an educator position. Requirements Valid Working With Children Check (WWC) Must be 17+ years old Ability to follow hygiene and safety procedures Willing to complete basic child safety onboarding Enjoy being part of a busy childcare environment Why Join Seeds Early Learning?
