About the Role As the Property Coordinator you will ensure all training, match day, and property operations run smoothly by leading the preparation, maintenance, and coordination of equipment and uniforms across AFL and VFL programs. This is an 8 month fixed term contract role. Responsibilities Training & Match Day Preparation Prepare, pack, and organise all equipment required for AFL and VFL training sessions and match days, ensuring items are transported, set up, and returned correctly Equipment & Property Management Lead the maintenance, organisation, and inventory of training and match day equipment, coordinating repairs, replacements, and storage for both programs. Program Support Work with coaching and high-performance staff to understand equipment needs, plan ahead for sessions and games, and ensure smooth delivery for home and away fixtures. Uniform Care & Upkeep Manage the washing, upkeep, and distribution of uniforms, ensuring all apparel is maintained to a high standard and available when required About You Understanding of AFL rules, regulations and matchday protocols for training staff The role includes routine manual handling responsibilities meaning you will need to be able to safely lift and move equipment as required Team focused with an ability to work independently Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Excellent organisational, time management and coordination skills Benefits and Culture Our club guiding principles are the strong beliefs and consistent behaviours of people in our Club, which underpins our inclusive culture.
